Japanese Chocolatier Creates Life-Sized Chocolate Shoes

Sweet tooth? How about a sweet foot?

Motohir Okai, a chocolatier at the Rihga Royal Hotel chocolate boutique, L’eclat in Osaka, Japan, recently created a line of chocolate life-sized luxury shoes.

The collection, called Gentleman’s Radiance, features three colors of varying shades and richness of chocolate. The decadent duds depict a leather-like appearance and include stitching detail and laces, all from chocolate.

The creation goes even further by adding shoe care accessories like a shoehorn and a vat of ‘shoe cream’, filled with tempered chocolate rendering the shoes a chocolate delight.

If these shoes are on someone’s wish list this holiday season, be sure to grab them quick as L’eclat only plans to create nine pairs of the chocolate kicks.

The line only offers one size, a US men’s 10, and retails for around $260.
