Premium shoe care brand Jason Markk is breaking into the insole category with the help of leading manufacturer of comfort and performance insoles, OrthoLite.

The company announced Monday a partnership with OrthoLite to produce two new insoles, the Jason Markk Level Up and the Jason Markk EZ Flats. “I chose to partner with OrthoLite for our insoles because I wanted to create the best possible and most innovative product on the market,” said Founder Jason Markk.

Made with three different foam densities, the Jason Markk Level Up insoles provide a comfortable, custom fit with varying levels of energy return, perfect for any kind of active lifestyle sneaker. The Markk EZ Flats use dual density memory foam to provide instant cushioning and comfort to flat shoes with an easy cut-to-size and insert design.

Each insole is designed with OrthoLite’s proprietary open-cell structure which allows for more air to circulate in and around the shoe leaving sneakers feeling as fresh as they look. Additionally, OrthoLite says the patented antimicrobial foam with moisture wicking technology removes moisture away from the foot to create a cooler, drier, healthier shoe environment.

Insoles will retail for $15 to $25. The new line complements Jason Markk’s range of shoe cleaner, repel spay, quick wipes and freshners. The brand recently introduced a new line of water and stain resistant shoe laces.

For OrthoLite, the partnership begins a dialog with Jason Markk’s sneakerhead fanbase.

“This is an exciting opportunity to introduce our technology to sneakerheads, one of the most passionate and knowledgeable communities in the footwear industry,” said OrthoLite Vice President of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships Skip Lei. “We’re thrilled Jason Markk asked OrthoLite to create two new customized insoles that will bring an extra level of comfort and perfrormance for the customer’s sneakers.”
