With just days to go until Kanye West unveils his new collection (and a new album) at Madison Square Garden, the rapper-turned-designer is giving fans a sneak peak of the newest additions to the Boost sneaker family.
West took to Twitter to tease two new colorways which will reportedly debut during the Yeezy Season 3 runway show on Feb. 11. In one photo, a model is shown wearing an all-white pair, while in a second, a partial view of a green-tinted pair is seen.
In addition, West also previewed the brand new 1050 Duck Boots, an upgrade of last year’s 950’s. The new 1050 is available in at least three colorways, and is constructed with a new, fully waterproof and windproof GORE-TEX upper.
All of this comes at the same time Adidas has announced it will be re-releasing the popular Yeezy Boost 350 in all-black. Although several outlets have reported a Feb. 19 release date, Adidas Originals only confirmed that they would be out “soon” in a tweet sent out on Tuesday morning.
Adidas previously announced last month that it was planning a much wider release of the Boost line following it’s super-limited release last year, which drove re-sale prices of the shoe into the thousands of dollars.
