Safety footwear brand Keen Utility makes its way across the U.S. to bring its extensive offerings to hardworking Americans, through the Keen Utility Road Show.
The brand, which recently spoke at an FDRA event on ways to make sourcing footwear in the U.S. cheaper than China, takes its product across the country in an effort to bring it an immersive experience to consumers.
The road trip means to offer consumers an authentic experience set on a 40-foot rig, where shoppers can view the entire product line and try on key products. Other takeaways from the road show include getting fitted by Keen experts, contests and being able to share stories.
“The Road Show offers us the opportunity to connect with today’s workers in a more meaningful, personal way,” said Chris Heffernan, Keen Utility general manager. “By giving visitors an immersive brand introduction, we’ve created a platform that allows us to not only showcase how our brand stands apart, but also helps us learn what today’s builders, makers and do-ers expect from safety footwear.”
The roadshow began in late spring in the Pacific Northwest, and has since worked its way down the West Coast before turning its wheels South West. The tour makes regional stops at Keen Utility retailers and select job sites, like breweries, factories and other businesses that use protective footwear.
The tour is set to roll through cities into the fall.
