Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 4 show was hot. No, that’s not a description of the clothing. It was actually just really hot outside.
Scorching NYC temperatures bore down on guests during the show, held at Roosevelt Island’s Four Freedoms Park, causing one model to reportedly faint from heat exhaustion. Models standing in the summer sun were brought water mid-show to help combat the high temperatures.

But heat was far from the only problem at the event. West also debuted several new Yeezy footwear styles during the show, including slides and as-of-yet unreleased Boost sneakers.
The most precarious footwear included thigh-high boots made of suede and plastic PVC. The shoes appeared to give several of the models difficulty walking, including one model who suffered a broken heel.

Model Amina Blue, meanwhile, was clearly over the whole thing, kicking off her shoes halfway down the runway.
