Nike’s world headquarters located near Beaverton, Ore, is getting quite the upgrade, with the price tag set to come in around $1 billion, according to an Oregonian report.

The athletic-giant’s world headquarters adds three buildings amounting to around 1.3 million square feet and three parking garages.

In order to continue expanding, Nike has also acquired neighboring business parks, which included the Oregon Department of Human Services, to accommodate its growing staff. The Oregon Department of Human Services did not want to sell its space, but ultimately acquiesced when Nike wrote the organization a $2.6 million check for the space.

According to the Oregonian, the new buildings should be completed by late this year or early 2018, and offer modern architecture, departing from the headquarters’ previous, college-campus-like feel.
