Nina has announced a new social media campaign with luxury brand Teri Jon by Rickie Freeman just in time for Mother’s Day.
The “#thankfulMOMents” campaign aims to celebrate the special bond between mothers and daughters, spotlighting Nina Footwear Chief Creative Officer Nina Miner and female influencers selected by Teri Jon.
“Nina is a family-run, New York business bringing fashion footwear to women of all ages. When Teri Jon approached us with this opportunity we were delighted to share our story,” said Miner. “Our video presents myself, my mother, my daughter and her daughters—four generations of women. We applaud Teri Jon’s vision to celebrate mothers in such a sophisticated, modern way.”
Top influencers also featured in the campaign include 2015’s Miss America Kira Kazantsev, Leanne Barlow of Elle Apparel, Seventh House PR Social Media Director Elizabeth Savetsky, Publisher and Style Blogger Olya Hill of Living Notes and Urban Cruising, and Brittany Xavier of Thrifts and Thread.
Launching on May 2, the six women selected by Teri Jon to be featured in ‘#Thankful4Mom’ will share personal interviews and style posts leading up to Mother’s Day, reaching a combined social network of more than 500,000 followers. Participants will encourage their fans to create and post their own video or photo content explaining why they are thankful to their mothers on Mother’s Day. Fans can also enter to win two luxury Teri Jon dresses valued up to $1,600 total, and two Nina shoes of their choice by hashtagging their content with #thankfulMOMents. The winner will be hand-selected by Teri Jon once the contest concludes at midnight after Mother’s Day.
