Another major player in footwear has set up shop at the Westfield World Trade Center in downtown New York City.
Ugg celebrated the grand opening of the store with the help of neighbor Teen Vogue by throwing a millennia-friendly party. Guests enjoyed an exclusive shopping experience with Teen Vogue’s fashion director Rajni Jacques and style/accessories editor Christina Holevas, personalized style illustrations, and complimentary footwear customizations.
The store features an updated retail design that celebrates the brand’s California inspiration. Within the 3,382 square-foot space, the brand offers a wide array of signature Ugg products including footwear, outerwear, loungewear and handbags for women, men, kids and babies.
The store opens on the heels of launching the Fall/Winter 2017 Ugg Collective. The brand’s global marketing campaign stars actor Kyle MacLachlan and musician Kim Gordon.
Westfield World Trade Center has become a hot spot for footwear brands. Other footwear retailers include Cole Haan, Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman, Aldo, Vince Camuto and Under Armour.
