Vince Camuto’s Super Bowl Ad Stars a Puppy and Heels

With pent-up demand, speed to market has never been more important. But port congestion, tariff impacts, the Uyghur crackdown and Covid uncertainty is making it difficult to restock the racks. Join Sourcing Journal on July 8 at 2 pm ET to learn how to sidestep the worst of the logistics roadblocks.

Vince Camuto is making a play for women’s attention with its first-ever Super Bowl commercial starring a puppy, a lavish walk-in closet and shoes.

The 30-second spot follows Jack Daniel, a Boxer dog who wants to help his owner pick a pair of shoes to complete her outfit. The dog rummages through a walk-in closet that is filled floor-to-ceiling with Vince Camuto shoes. Jack ultimately offers his suggestion for the perfect shoe—an appreciated but misguided surprise for his owner.

The 30-second video, created by the production company Swell and Camuto Group’s in-house global marketing team, will air during pre-game coverage on CBS, preceding Super Bowl kickoff scheduled for 6:30 p.m.

In a statement, Camuto Group Chairman and CEO Alex Del Cielo, said, “We are really excited to have our first Super Bowl ad airing during the 50th anniversary. It was a great opportunity to have some fun and present our brand to the broad Super Bowl audience.”
