    Currently, more than 90 associates work on the brand’s factory floor. At the factory’s opening ceremony, New Balance gave a tour showcasing how its workers prepare, cut and mold the athletic shoe materials and components and then sew, press and assemble them into the final product.

    New Balance plans to more than double the current number of skilled associates at the location, as well as the factory’s total production capabilities by the end of the year.
