Burberry
Burberry has created three new business units covering ready-to-wear, accessories and shoes, and as part of this move, Adrian Ward-Rees is re-joining the company to lead the Ready-to-Wear business unit.
Ward-Rees was previously at Christian Dior, where he served as senior vice president and managing director of Dior Homme for the past four years. He has also worked at Lane Crawford and in merchandising at Burberry.
He will start on July 20 as senior vice president and head of Ready-to-Wear and will be based in London. He will report to CEO Marco Gobbetti and will join Burberry’s executive committee.
LVMH
The LVMH Group appointment Jill Pemberton as chief financial officer (CFO) for LVMH Inc. North America, effective Aug. 1.
She takes up duties previously handled by Elisabeth Desvignes, senior vice president of finance at LVMH Inc., who will take on a special assignment at LVMH reporting to group CFO Jean-Jacques Guiony.
Reporting to LVMH Inc. chairman and CEO Anish Melwani, Pemberton joins LVMH from Viacom, where she was senior vice president of corporate financial planning and analysis. Prior to that, she spent several years at Johnson & Johnson, most recently as vice president of finance.

Clim8
Clim8, the France-based intelligent thermal technology company, has expanded its leadership team, as it surges toward the North American market.
With key partnerships already established with W.L. Gore, Clim8 plans for growth in the U.S. with a new organization. First, Clim8 brings Jon Klein, former business development leader for PrimaLoft Inc., in as North America vice president of business development, where he was instrumental in globalizing commercialization of Aerogel insulation technology within apparel and footwear.
Additionally, Claire Ortiz, former creative director at Nike’s Jordan Brand and global business director at Wilson, and previously North America vice president of business development at Clim8, will become marketing director of North America, while leading business development for her key accounts.
Clim8 plans to announce new partnerships and product launches this winter with top global brands and will introduce its latest groundbreaking thermo-regulating technology in the U.S. market.

Impinj
Impinj Inc., a provider of RAIN RFID solutions, appointed Jeff Dossett to the position of chief revenue officer.
In this role, Dossett oversees Impinj’s global go-to-market organization, including sales, marketing, partner development, product management and customer support. Dossett joined Impinj in May 2017 and most recently served as the company’s executive vice president of sales and marketing.
Under Dossett’s leadership, Impinj recently introduced new products to meet the growing demand for enterprise IoT solutions in the retail, supply chain and logistics, and manufacturing industries.

Liberty Fairs
Liberty Fairs announced that Edwina Kulego, formerly international sales director at Informa Markets, joined the company as vice president.
The trade show organizer canceled the Liberty Fairs shows originally slated for August and September this year and said in the next few months, it will be launching the first virtual marketplace for Liberty Fairs.
