The rising direct-to-consumer label and Foremost 50 brand to watch tapped Demi Moore to co-create a new limited-edition swim drop that riffs on the “Ghost” and “Indecent Proposal” star’s “penchant for vintage fashion.”
Items in the Demi Moore x Andie collection include new one-piece and bikini styles produced with Italian and French fabrics by a “boutique” Moroccan manufacturer “familiar” with the high-end materials.
“Demi was a part of every step of the design process, from sketches and silhouettes to fabric selection and finalizing the finishing touches,” Michelle Copelman, Andie’s vice president of brand and design, said. “We are so excited to partner with such an influential fashion icon on this very special collection and can’t wait to share it with women everywhere.”
The collection, priced at $75-$155, continues Andie’s commitment to creating size-inclusive fashion. Though the brand says the Demi Moore x Andie offer sizes XS-XL, it pointed out that the “design intent” for some styles “would not make sense in different size ranges,” which is why only a portion of the capsule goes up to a 3X.
Andie’s collection with Moore comes after the celebrity and her daughters Rumer Willis, Tallulah Willis and Scout Willis starred in a campaign for the brand last summer. The five-year-old brand has been on a hot streak, raising $18.5 million in December and selling more than 1 million suits to date.
Demi Moore x Andie will follow its initial July 7 drop with a second release on July 15. Items are available through Andie’s website and popups in Sag Harbor, N.Y. and Berkeley, Calif.
