Haute Look, the fun flash-sale site for designer steals is saying so long to its founder Adam Bernhard who stepped down from his post as CEO.
Nordstrom, who owns Haute Look, announced the change yesterday and said Bernhard will stay on in an advisory capacity and work on new opportunities for the retailer.
Terry Boyle, Haute Look’s current president will continue leading the business, reporting to Jamie Nordstrom, president of Nordstrom Direct. No new CEO will take Bernhard’s place since the sale site fully functions as a division of Nordstrom.
“It has been an unbelievable journey to grow HauteLook from a four-person startup into the thriving division of Nordstrom that it is today,” Bernhard said in a press release. “Although I’m eager for the new opportunities to come, HauteLook will always be my pride and joy.”
