The supervisory board of Lenzing AG extended the management board mandates of chief financial officer Thomas Obendrauf and chief commercial officer Robert van de Kerkhof.
The new employment contract of Obendrauf runs until June 30, 2022, while the new contract for van de Kerkhof is valid until Dec. 31, 2023, Lenzing said.
In addition to Obendrauf and van de Kerkhof, the management board of Lenzing AG consists of CEO Stefan Doboczky and chief technology officer Heiko Arnold. The Lenzing Group, headquartered in Austria, is a global manufacturer of wood-based cellulose fibers, including Tencel and Modal. The company had revenue of $1.88 billion in the first nine months of the year.

ITS Logistics appointed Scott Pruneau, previously executive vice president and chief commercial officer, as CEO of the company. Pruneau replaces Dan Allen, acting CEO and co-founder of ITS Logistics.
Prior to joining ITS Logistics, he served as chief business development officer for Redwood Logistics, executive vice president of operations for Freightquote, president of CRST Logistics, and held various leadership roles with Knight Transportation and C.H. Robinson.
ITS Logistics is a third-party logistics company that provides supply chain solutions with an asset-based dedicated fleet, innovative warehousing and distribution services, and a nationwide, multimodal Top 50 freight brokerage. The company is also a qualified logistics provider for Amazon’s Seller Fulfilled Prime Program.
