Microban is changing up its presence in the textiles sector.
The textile odor control solutions provider is relaunching its global textiles division this month. A complete brand refresh will provide Microban with a new logo, website, marketing collateral for brand members and a website available this fall.
Along with this relaunch, Microban debuted two antimicrobial products, Excalibur and Scentry, and it also received Bluesign certification for its textile antimicrobial technology, ZPTech.
“Consumers are demanding more from their apparel and accessories and how they perform during strenuous conditions or extended wear. We now have a more robust toolbox for communicating the features and benefits of our proprietary technologies,” said Microban president Pablo Perella-Berdun. “We will not only be providing an increased ROI for our brand partners, but also, more advantages for the end consumer.”
Due to the global marketplace’s digitized state, Microban will evolve into a new entity completely with more emphasis on future opportunities, including next generation technologies and apparel partnerships.
Microban will debut its new look at Outdoor Retailer Summer Market this week, which will include a “Fresh Bar” showcasing Microban’s latest odor control science products.
