Nike
Nike announced senior leadership changes related to the direct-to-consumer Consumer Direct Acceleration (CDA) plan it first announced in 2020.
Anna Montagne, currently VP/GM, Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA), will transition to lead the women’s business as VP/GM women’s. Cathy Sparks, currently VP, Nike Direct, EMEA, will transition to lead the APLA geography as well as VP/GM, APLA. Whitney Malkiel, currently VP/GM women’s, has decided to leave the company after more than 20 years. These changes are effective as of March 13.
Gap Inc.
Gap Inc. announced several changes to its executive leadership team. It eliminated the role of chief growth officer held by Asheesh Saksena. President and CEO of Athleta, Mary Beth Laughton, exited the business, also effective immediately. Sheila Peters, chief people officer, will leave the company at the end of the year.
PVH Corp.

PVH Corp. has appointed Amber McCann as executive vice president and chief communications officer, effective April 6. McCann will lead all aspects of PVH’s global internal and external communications strategy and report to Stefan Larsson, CEO of PVH Corp.
McCann joins PVH with global retail and consumer experience, most recently serving as vice president of global brand and communications at Poshmark, where she guided the company’s global communications strategy through its IPO in 2021 and acquisition by Naver Corp.
Roots Corporation

Global apparel lifestyle brand Roots Corporation has appointed Joey Gollish as creative director in residence, effective immediately, for a period expected to extend through 2025. During his tenure, the 29-year-old will work with Karuna Scheinfeld, chief product officer, who leads the creative and design teams. Gollish, the founder and creative director of the fashion label Mr. Saturday, will continue to helm its design and creative direction during this period.

Gordon Brothers

Global advisory and investment firm Gordon Brothers has promoted Carolyn D’Angelo to senior managing director, brand operations. She is also the president of Laura Ashley and oversees Nicole Miller.
D’Angelo drives global operations under an asset-light model for the firm’s portfolio of brands. She focuses on new development, securing and managing licensees and retail partners, marketing, product design and the customer experience.

True Fit

Fit personalization platform for fashion retailers True Fit appointed former Snap Inc. and Bazaarvoice executive Rob Weaver as its chief revenue officer.
As an experienced go-to-market executive, having held senior leadership positions, Weaver brings a strong track record scaling high-performance teams and tech businesses. He joins True Fit’s team and will lead the company’s ambitious growth trajectory. To further bolster its growth ambitions, True Fit has also announced the promotion of its MD EMEA, Sarah Curran MBE, to global chief marketing officer.
