OSF Commerce said Tuesday that it raised a $23 million equity investment round led by Delta-v Capital. Salesforce Ventures also participated in funding the global commerce technology firm, which is a Salesforce platinum partner and has eight years of deployments under its belt in addition to 120 projects in play.
A partner to brands like Marmot, Berluti, Diane von Furstenberg, Crocs and Rockport, OSF Commerce assists companies with deploying Salesforce solutions across a global footprint. The technology firm has experience managing multi-cloud environments and has established a leadership position in business-to-business global commerce.
Rand Lewis, managing partner and co-founder of Delta-v Capital, lauded OSF Commerce for its roster of satisfied customers, cross-border capabilities and growth that to date has avoided external equity financing. “OSF enjoys a clear leadership position in delivering commerce solutions with multi-cloud integrations for many of the world’s leading brands,” Lewis added. “In partnering with OSF Commerce, Delta-v will support its commitment to delivering the very best commerce technologies to its global customers by attracting additional talent, investing in AI technology, and financing complementary acquisitions.”
At Salesforce’s most recent Dreamforce conference, OSF won accolades for OSF UnifyCOMMERCE, a software solution that centralizes customer data from multiple online and offline sales channels.
“Securing the highest level of partnership from Salesforce as a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner, along with funding from both Delta-v and Salesforce Ventures, further proves that OSF Commerce is at the forefront of commerce technology,” Gerry Szatvanyi, CEO of OSF Commerce, said. “With this additional capital, more exciting company updates will follow, and we’ll rapidly accelerate our plans for the expansion of our commerce practice.”
