Hugo Boss

German luxury label Hugo Boss named Mark Langer to the role of chief executive officer on Monday. Prior to nabbing the top spot, he spent six years serving as the company’s chief financial officer. His predecessor, Claus-Dietrich Lahrs, stepped down in February, two days after the company’s second straight profit warning.

American Eagle Outfitters

Kyle Andrew has been appointed chief marketing officer at teen retailer American Eagle Outfitters, effective June 6. She most recently served as head of global brand marketing at Kate Spade, charged with developing and launching Kate Spade Saturday, among other things. Her resume also includes stints at Kenneth Cole and Gap.

Target

Target this week filled the post of executive vice president and chief merchandising officer with former Nordstrom exec Mark Tritton. The position had been vacant since Kathryn Tesija shifted to advisory role last July. The big-box retailer also announced that Jason Goldberger would become its chief digital officer and president of Target.com.
