Barneys

Barneys named Marina Larroudé as its new fashion director, effective Jan. 3. Larroudé joins Barneys from Teen Vogue, where she served as the magazine’s accessories and fashion director for two years. In her new role, Larroudé will oversee brand partnerships, designer discovery, product development and marketing for the company.

ShopKeep

ShopKeep tapped former Gilt Group and Shoptiques executive Crystal Caligiuri as its new SVP of operations and customer care. In her new role, Caligiuri will oversee the company’s end-to-end customer solutions. With over 10 years of experience in e-commerce and retail, Caligiuri has held previous leadership roles at Caligiuri Business and Operations Consulting and New York Consulting Partners.

Indochino

Indochino is expanding its North American market presence with new hires. Former Kit and Ace executive Clay Haeber was appointed as Indochino’s new chief operating officer, Lululemon alum Morgan Whitney was named as VP of finance, former Louis Vuitton executive Joseph Ford was hired as the director of global supply chain operations and former Shaw Communications executive Aly Habib was tapped as the new director of customer service.

J Brand

J Brand co-founder Susie Crippen returned to J Brand as the label’s new creative director. From 2004 to 2010, Crippen served as J Brand’s creative director until it was sold to Star Avenue Capital that year. In 2014, CEO and co-founder Jeff Rudes left the label. Today, Fast Retailing, Helmut Lang and Theory manage the label and Crippen will oversee all of J Brand’s creative operations.

VF Corporation

VP and group president Karl Heinz Salzburger will retire from his position at the end of 2017. Salzburger will remain as the company’s VP and group president until the first quarter of 2017, where he will become a special advisor to the CEO to assist with the executive transition. Effective April 1, Aidan O’ Meara will succeed Salzburger as the company’s new VP and group president. To further support VF Corporation’s international growth, two new executives will report to O’Meara. Martino Scabbia Guerrini was named as the new president of VF’s EMEA region and Kevin Bailey was appointed as the new president of VF’s Asia-Pacific region.

Iconix Brand Group

Jamie Cygielman was hired as Iconix Brand Group’s new EVP and chief marketing officer, effective Jan. 3. With over 25 years of business development experience, Cygielman has held previous leadership roles at many other brands, including The Jones Group and Revlon.

Burlington Stores Inc.

Frank Cooper III resigned from Burlington’s Board of Directors. Cooper is leaving the company to join BlackRock Inc., where he will not serve on public company boards. Cooper joined Burlington’s Board of Directors in 2014 and served on Burlington’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

RetailMeNot

RetailMeNot appointed Mausam Bhatt the new SVP of product, effective Jan. 9. In his new role, Mausam will oversee the company’ product road map. His resume includes previous stints at Flipkart, Epocrates, Johnson & Johnson and Hewlett Packard.

QVC

QVC named Todd Sprinkle as its new chief information officer. In his new role, Sprinkle will oversee QVC’s global IT organization in Asia, North America and Europe. Sprinkle joined QVC in 2007, where he contributed greatly to the company’s technology advancements, including the QVC for iPad App and QVC’s responsive design implementation.
