Kornit Digital Ltd.
Kornit Digital Ltd., a provider of digital printing solutions for the global printed textile industry, announced that Gabi Seligsohn will step down as CEO, effective Aug. 1. Seligsohn will be succeeded by Ronen Samuel, an industry veteran at HP Indigo. Seligsohn will remain with Kornit through a brief transition, and will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors.
Samuel has spent the previous 18 years serving in various capacities at Hewlett -Packard. Most recently, he was vice president and general manager of HP Indigo and WebPress EMEA, where he led the region to substantial growth. Previously, Samuel spent seven years leading Asia Pacific and Japan, and brings experience in strategic marketing.
Fashion technology provider Tukatech appointed Chris Walia as chief operating officer. Walia had been head of global operations.
Walia will continue to oversee implementation of Tukatech’s suite of software solutions. These include TUKAcad, TUKA3D, and SMARTmark for product development and manufacturing products such as plotters, automatic cutters, laser cutters and fabric spreaders.
Prior to Tukatech, Walia held senior level positions for several apparel and IT solution companies. Founded in 1995 by garment industry veteran Ram Sareen, Tukatech provides the apparel industry with innovative tools, maximizing productivity from the pattern room to the cutting floor.

Destination Maternity
Destination Maternity Corp. said Ronald J. Masciantonio, executive vice president and chief administrative officer and the company have mutually agreed that Masciantonio will be departing the company to pursue other opportunities.
Masciantonio served in his latest posts since November 2012. Prior to that, he held a variety of positions at the company, including vice president and general counsel, senior vice president and executive vice president. Destination Maternity does not plan to pursue a new chief administrative officer at this time.
The Buckle
The Buckle Inc. announced that Kyle L. Hanson will resign from her position as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective June 16, to pursue another opportunity. Buckle, known as a denim destination with 455 stores in 43 states, did not commnet on a replacement for Hanson.
Stitch Fix
Stitch Fix Inc. announced that Deirdre Findlay has joined the company as its chief marketing officer. In this role, Findlay will lead all marketing, creative and communications initiatives for the online personal shopping company.
Findlay was most recently senior director of global hardware marketing at Google, where she oversaw marketing for its home hardware products, including Google Home, Chromecast and Google Wifi. Stitch Fix noted that Findlay has nearly 20 years of experience leading cross-departmental teams, delivering strategic integrated marketing campaigns and building brand strategy at organizations like Google and eBay, as well as for Whirlpool Brands, Allstate Insurance, MillerCoors and Kaiser Permanente, She has also served as senior vice president at digital marketing agency Digitas.

Crocs Inc.
Casual footwear company Crocs Inc. said Bill Gray was appointed to its board of directors. Gray brings more than three decades of brand development, communications and digital strategy expertise to Crocs’ board.
He has served as a senior advisor to Blackstone’s Private Equity Group since 2010, where he has advised a number of portfolio companies in sales, marketing, brand development, user experience, channel expansion and digital transformation. Gray was by Blackstone, which under the terms of its 2014 investment in Crocs, has the right to designate two members of the Crocs board of directors. Gray also serves as co-founder and director of Hulls Highway Inc., a management consulting firm.
Global work brand Timberland PRO named apparel industry veteran Charlie Siracusa director of apparel sales. In this role, Siracusa will be responsible for developing and executing short- and long-term sales strategies to support aggressive growth of Timberland PRO’s work apparel.
Siracusa brings more than three decades of apparel industry knowledge and experience to this role, having worked with HanesBrands and most recently Carhartt. As director of strategic sales for Carhartt, he led sales to successful and profitable operations across all channels of distribution. Siracusa will be an integral team member working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales and operations to design, develop and deliver products with the work consumer at the center.
Timberland PRO has grown to be one of the largest work safety brands in the footwear and apparel space by building on the tradition of craftsmanship and innovation that started with Timberland’s iconic yellow boot. Timberland is a unit of VF Corp.
