Dubbed The Shutterfly Collective, the line includes designs by viral TikTokers Brittany Broski, Serena Kerrigan, Chris Olsen, and Elsa Majimbo. As part of the company’s Spoonflower division—a North Carolina-based custom textile company—independent artists partnered with the TikTok stars to create designs reflective of their individual aesthetics for throw pillows, blankets, ceramic mugs and journals.
“We’re thrilled to partner with a group of creative icons on this collection of products that will excite our customers and offer them something they can only get through Shutterfly,” said Jessica Lesesky, vice president merchandising and e-commerce, Shutterfly. “We know American consumers (85%) want to be involved in the process of creating personalized home decor and prefer curated designs. The Shutterfly Collective is one of the new ways we are appealing to these consumer demands and expanding the brand’s boundaries past photo personalization to become a premier destination for self-expression.”
Olsen partnered with artist Cynthia Frenette to create a blue-and-black graphic flower pattern, while Majimbo worked with artist Adera Brown to capture the TikToker’s personality in a graphic design of phrases such as “Sleeping is my love language.” Kerrigan collaborated with artist Linda Aristizabal for a beige plaid punctuated with heart and crown motifs, while Broski worked with artist Cecilia Granata to create a cheeky pinup version of the TikTok star that reflects her Texas-meets-California vibe.
“This experience was more than just putting my name on a product—I was able to fully immerse myself in the creative experience and work with a Spoonflower independent artist to bring my ideas to life,” Broski said. “I think uplifting independent artists and creators is so important, and this project pays tribute to that as well as the ongoing support from my community.”
The Shutterfly Collective line retails for $16.99-$79.98 and will be available at shutterfly.com/shutterflycollective through Aug. 23.
