We Wore What Blogger Teams with 7 For All Mankind and Bloomingdale’s

Überinfluencer Danielle Bernstein of popular fashion blog We Wore What has partnered with 7 For All Mankind and Splendid to design an exclusive capsule collection for Bloomingdale’s, conceived and designed entirely by her, just in time for the holidays.

The 13-piece We Wore What x Bloomingdale’s Capsule Collection fuses iconic pieces that express the well-known aesthetic of the two apparel brands with Bernstein’s personal style. And her design touches are noticeable on every piece. She added athletic stripes at the side seams to a pair of classic high-rise denims and gave another pair hook-and-eye closures at the ankles, an oversize sweatshirt got a bustier treatment with grommets and functional front-tie details, stars adorn high-waisted sweatpants and a matching cropped sweatshirt and an oversize hoodie sports a cold-shoulder cutout on the right side and lace-up details at the bottom left side seam, to name a few.

The collection uses mostly light and dark indigos, black, white and gray as its primary color scheme, but adds a kick of color with a pair of bright red coated jeans to punctuate that holiday flair.

With her blog’s 1.7 million Instagram followers looking to her for daily style inspirations, Bernstein is a fashion force. And brands like 7 For All Mankind and Splendid see the many advantages of a pairing. “[Danielle] has such high engagement with our audiences and brings a strong creative point of view to this holiday capsule,” said Jenna Habayeb, CMO of Delta Galil Premium Brands, owner of both Seven For All Mankind and Splendid.

The inspiration behind the venture is Bernstein’s love of elevated wardrobe essentials and her ability to make even the most basic outfit look anything but basic. And the FIT alum has long wanted to use her fashion savvy to design a line using two of her favorite casual fabrics, denim and soft cottons. “I’m so excited for my capsule collection with 7FAM and Splendid, for Bloomingdale’s,” she said. “We’ve created the perfect basics and casual attire in both the denim and athleisure categories.”

The collection ranges in prices from $54 to $229, and is available now through the holiday season exclusively at Bloomingdale’s retail stores in the U.S. and online.
