Torrid announced that chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operating officer Tim Martin, has resigned to pursue other opportunities, effective May 26.
Paula Dempsey, senior vice president of finance and investor relations, will assume the role of interim CFO until a successor is named. Hyon Park, chief technology officer, will lead the supply chain and CEO Lisa Harper will oversee other operational functions, including stores and real estate.
Saucony
Saucony brand president Anne Cavassa left the company. The process of naming a successor is underway, but in the interim, Chris Hufnagel, president of parent company Wolverine Worldwide, will work more closely with the Saucony team in the near term.
Pacsun
Pacsun announced that Brie Olson, co-chief executive officer and board member, will be appointed CEO, effective June 15. Mike Relich will retire as co-CEO and continue to serve on the board of directors in a new role as vice chairman. Russell Bowers will be appointed chief operating officer and continue to serve as chief financial officer, overseeing the finance, operations and information technology functions.

Re-Up
Simon Platts, former responsible sourcing and ESG director for Asos, has joined startup Re-Up, which “offers a workable solution for circularity and end-of-life management for retailers,” as CEO and co-founder. Before forming this sustainable startup, Platt stepped down from his role at Asos in February after nearly a decade at the fast fashion retailer.
Re-Up was co-founded by entrepreneur Tom Grafton and counts British Fashion Council CEO Caroline Rush as a board member. The startup’s 360-degree SaaS platform powers brand and retailer circular programs, from resale and recycling, and prepares them to operate in the new circularity regulation environment in the EU.”
ClearSale

Global business intelligence and risk prevention provider ClearSale announced that Eduardo Mônaco, previously president-director, will replace Bernardo Lustosa as CEO. Lustosa held the position for the past five years, and the change comes as part of a planned succession process. Lustosa will continue his involvement with ClearSale as a shareholder and advisor.

Yoox Net-a-Porter
Online luxury and fashion retail business Yoox Net-a-Porter appointed Celine Lefebvre as general manager for the Middle East, effective May 23.

Building on Yoox Net-a-Porter’s joint venture with Symphony Investments, Lefebvre will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience and deepening localization for a curated service and product offering for the local customers.
Soft Surroundings
Saint Louis-based heritage clothing brand Soft Surroundings announced the appointment of several new hires, including Dan Karpel as CFO. Soft Surroundings has also hired Kyle Madson as vice president of global sourcing, technical design and quality, Amber Larson as vice president of merchandising and Karen Tweedie as head of design.
