At Home Taps HGTV Star Ty Pennington for Latest Celebrity Collab

Big-box home decor retailer At Home added to its lineup of celebrity and designer product collaborations with the announcement of a new line by designer and television personality Ty Pennington.

The collection includes hundreds of items, including furniture, textiles, wall art, kitchen and dining, rugs, lighting and more, starting at $4.99.

“Ty’s down-to-earth designs feel more timeless than trendy, showcasing his love for natural materials and careful craftsmanship,” said Chad Stauffer, president, chief merchandising and product officer for At Home. “Each piece ends up feeling like it’s one-of-a-kind, while his unique style lends the collection a visual consistency that’s ready made to mix and match. Best of all, our customers can get this effortless look at amazing price points.”

Pennington—who first rose to fame on the home design series Trading Spaces and has since hosted shows such as “Extreme Makeover Home Edition” and HGTV’s “Rock the Block,” among others—is known for a casual, coastal-inspired aesthetic.

The collection boasts a Scandinavian farmhouse feel with a clean, coastal vibe. The line includes indoor and outdoor home décor items featuring materials like bleached wood, frosted sea glass, and cabana stripes, as well as pillows and art with coral, shells, seaweed, and sea life motifs. Pennington worked with At Home’s creative and merchant teams to infuse the collection with woven natural fibers, soft woodgrain, cottons and beachy blue tones.

“I’m passionate that good design can change your life and everyone should be able to afford it,” Pennington said. “That’s what is so great about this collection. You can get this California-cool, effortless look and you don’t have to splurge to refresh your home.”

Pennington is the latest famous face to partner with At Home. The retailer also launched collections with HGTV star Grace Mitchell, fashion designer Tracey Boyd and most recently with Laila Ali.

The Ty Pennington collection is available now in At Home stores and online.
