Levi’s takes a digital leap forward with Virtual Stylist, a new artificial intelligence platform launched Thursday on Levi’s website and Facebook Messenger. The new technology is designed to improve online sales and offer consumers personalized service.
Acting as a 24/7 stylist, Virtual Stylist curates items according to a customer’s needs. Through a chatbot messaging service available on desktop computers and mobile devices, the AI stylist asks the consumer questions about their preferred fit and style.
